By using TTS Phailbot ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

What the Service Does

The Service allows viewers to select a text-to-speech voice for the broadcaster's TTS system, with optional sound effects and other features. Some voices and features require a channel subscription or bit cheers.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the Service's access controls.
• Do not use the Service to send harmful, threatening, harassing, or illegal content.
• Do not spam previews or playback.
• The broadcaster and Service operator reserve the right to revoke your access at any time for any reason.

Premium Features

Certain voices and features are restricted to subscribers, moderators, or bit cheers. These restrictions are set by the broadcaster and may change without notice. Subscribing or cheering does not guarantee permanent access to any specific voice or feature.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any specific voice or feature will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

Phailbot is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to TTS output played on stream.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
